This work began with beads.
In 2017, Beaded Souls was born as a passion project—an African imports business rooted in global sisterhood and economic empowerment. Co-founded by Faida Fuller and her mother, the business brought hand-beaded jewelry and goods made by women across Africa to the U.S. market, creating beauty, income, and cross-cultural connection.
But over time, the deeper calling behind Beaded Souls emerged: healing, wholeness, and helping women—especially women leaders—return to themselves.

A New Chapter: From Operations to Inner Alignment
Faida has always been a builder. As a seasoned COO and finance executive, she’s helped scale multi-million dollar organizations, develop global headquarters, and lead through transformational change. Her gift lies in translating vision into reality—whether she’s building teams, systems, or sacred spaces.
What many didn’t see was that alongside board meetings and budget forecasts, Faida was also quietly holding space for meditation circles, guiding breathwork sessions, and mentoring women navigating burnout and big transitions.
The seed of Beaded Souls has now blossomed into a sanctuary for intuitive leadership, ayurvedic wellness, and embodied living.
All About Us
Faida Fuller is a Chopra-certified meditation instructor, Ayurvedic health practitioner, and life coach—with a fierce devotion to women's wellness in leadership and life. She brings decades of executive leadership experience, heart-centered coaching, and her own lived journey of integration. Whether she’s facilitating a retreat, leading a sound bath for a leadership team, or helping a woman executive reconnect to her inner wisdom, Faida is known for creating safe, sacred spaces where transformation feels possible—and grounded.
She most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Vital Voices, where she’s built and managed a $30M+ women’s leadership hub and led global operations through the pandemic. Her career has spanned banking, education, public service, and international development. But today, her soul’s work lives at the intersection of structure and spirit, strategy and soul.​
